    பகுதிநேர ஆசிரியர்களை பணிநிரந்தரம் செய்யக்கோரிய வழக்கு. வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தவர்களுக்கு 12 வார காலத்திற்குள் பதிலளிக்குமாறு தமிழக அரசுக்கு சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவு.

     Prayer : - Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to regularise the petitioners service in the post of part time instructors ( Art Education , Health and Physical Education , Work Education ) from their date of initial appointment and provide all other consequential benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court .
