தமிழக பள்ளி கல்வியில் சீர்திருத்தங்கள் செய்வாரா புதிய முதன்மை செயலர் , தீரஜ் குமார் ?

     தமிழக பள்ளி கல்வி துறையின் புதிய முதன்மை செயலராக, தீரஜ் குமார் நியமிக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளார். இவர், துறையின் செயல்பாடுகளில் நிலவும் குளறுபடிகளை நீக்க, நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என, பெற்றோர், மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் தரப்பில் எதிர்பார்ப்பு எழுந்துள்ளது.  இதுதொடர்பாக அவர்கள் கூறியதாவது: தொடக்க பள்ளிகளில், கல்வித் தரத்தை உயர்த்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஆசிரியர்கள், 'ஓபி' அடிக்காமல் பாடம் கற்பிக்க, தொழில்நுட்ப ரீதியாகவும், உளவியல் ரீதியாகவும், அவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்க வேண்டும். 

    அனைத்து தொடக்க பள்ளிகளிலும், எல்.கே.ஜி., - யு.கே.ஜி., உள்ளிட்ட வகுப்புகளை துவக்க வேண்டும். பொருளாதாரத்தில் நலிந்த குடும்பத்தினரின் குழந்தைகள், துவக்கம் முதல், தமிழ் கட்டாய பாடத்துடன் கூடிய, ஆங்கில வழி வகுப்புகளை பயில ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும்.  அங்கீகாரம் இல்லாத நர்சரி, பிரைமரி, மழலையர் பள்ளிகளை மூட வேண்டும். கார்ப்பரேட் தலையீடு?அங்கீகாரம் பெறும் நடைமுறைகளை எளிதாகவும், இடைத்தரகர்கள் இல்லாமலும், எளிமையாக மாற்ற வேண்டும். அரசு பள்ளிகளில், அனைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கும், ஆங்கில வழி கல்வி முறையை அமல்படுத்த வேண்டும். 

      அரசு பள்ளிகளின் நிர்வாகத்தில், தனியார் நிறுவனங்கள், கார்ப்பரேட் நிறுவன பிரதிநிதிகள் தலையீட்டை தடுக்க வேண்டும். பள்ளி கல்வி இயக்குனர்கள், இணை இயக்குனர்களின் கருத்துகளை கேட்டு, முடிவு எடுக்க வேண்டும். மாவட்டங்களில் குறுநில மன்னர்கள் போல் செயல்படும்,  முதன்மை கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் தொடக்க கல்வி அதிகாரிகளின் அதிகாரங்களை குறைத்து, அவர்களுக்கு, 'அகாடமிக்' என்ற, கல்வி சீர்திருத்த பணிகளை அதிகரிக்க வேண்டும். புதிய பாடத்திட்ட புத்தகங்களுக்கு, சரியான பயிற்சி புத்தகம் தயார் செய்ய வேண்டும். 

     பொதுத்தேர்வு நடைமுறைகளை எளிதாக்கி, தேர்வு துறை வழியாக, முன் கூட்டியே வினாத்தாளின் மாதிரி வடிவத்தை, கல்வியாண்டு துவங்கியதும் வெளியிட வேண்டும். ஆசிரியர் கோரிக்கைதனியார் பள்ளிகளில், விதிகளை மீறிய மாணவர் சேர்க்கை முறையை மாற்ற வேண்டும். மாணவர் சேர்க்கையை, பள்ளி கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் ஆய்வு செய்து, தகுதியான மாணவர்களுக்கு சேர்க்கை கிடைப்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.ஆசிரியர்களை அழைத்து பேசி, அவர்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகளுக்கு, சுமுக தீர்வு காண்பதுடன், புதிய நியமனங்களுக்கான விதிகளை மாற்ற வேண்டும். தமிழக கலாசாரம், பண்பாடு, உறவு முறைகள், ஒழுக்க முறைகள், மக்களின் எண்ணங்கள் ஆகியவற்றுடன் இணக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும்திட்டங்களை, பாட திட்டங்களில் அமல்படுத்த வேண்டும். 

     நீட், ஜே.இ.இ., போன்ற தேர்வுகளுக்கு, மாணவர்கள் தயாராகும் வகையிலும், ஆசிரியர்கள் பயிற்றுவிக்கும் வகையிலும், புதிய பாட திட்டத்தை மாற்றி அமைக்க வேண்டும். பொது கல்வி வாரியம், பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழகம் உள்ளிட்ட அமைப்புகளின் கூட்டங்களை, உரிய பிரதிநிதிகளுடன் மாதம்தோறும் நடத்தி, கல்வியாளர்கள் மற்றும் பொதுமக்களின் கருத்துகளை கேட்டு, புதிய நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். இதுபோன்ற பல்வேறு சவாலான பணிகளை, புதிய செயலர் செய்ய வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அவர்கள் கூறினர்.
